Our Story
Roll Labels and Packaging Limited was initiated in December 2018 by sole director – Nicholas Baldwin. His motive was to create an ideal printing solution that could sufficiently meet the demands of the modern era whilst giving small entrepreneurs a foothold in the food and beverage market. Moreover, he desperately wanted to provide an avenue through which people with printing label needs could not only find a printing solution but empowerment in elevating their businesses.
After extensive research, on one hand, he observed that although present, there was a scarcity of locally produced labels on a roll especially for startup companies. On the other, he realized the growing demand of manufacturers in dire need of such labels with very little knowledge of where to get them or who to turn to navigate their business in the right direction. To help remediate the then challenge, Nicholas began producing professional labels on rolls to facilitate these individuals in the environs of St. Catherine and Jamaica at large.
Today, Roll Labels and Packaging Ltd has entered a niche market occupied by a few of the big print players of Jamaica. We are capable of manufacturing labels and flexible packaging for the food and beverage industries (water, juice labels, and sachets); pharmaceutical industry (prescription blanks, small medicine boxes); cosmetics and personal care; chemical and logistics industries. Not only has the business seen marked improvements but continue to remain relevant to myriad of small entrepreneurs as well as large manufacturers desirous of professional labels and packaging produced locally, at international standards.

Merle Baldwin
ADMINISTRATOR
Merle has 28 years of print management and formal training from the University of the West Indies and Manchester Business School in management among other disciplines. She has worked in the capacity of an administrative director of a larger print company, specifically responsible for administration, sales and development. She is also highly researched in various types of printing including flexography.
